kobyko.studio is a static site run by dalji LLC. Its pages, including the Yarn Swap tool, run entirely in your browser: what you type into a tool stays on your device and is never sent to us.

What we collect

Nothing personal by default. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. If you join the newsletter, your email address goes to the newsletter service named on the sign-up form and is used only to send you what you signed up for.

Advertising

Some pages may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses data at policies.google.com. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalised ads are loaded.

Affiliate links

Some “buy” links are affiliate links (Coupang Partners and others). If you buy through one, kobyko may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are marked with a disclosure on the page where they appear. Prices shown on this site are label or shop prices at the date they were checked, not live prices.

Local storage & imported files

Tools remember small conveniences — your language choice, saved projects — in your browser's local storage. A pattern PDF you import into Yarn Swap is read on your device to pre-fill gauge and yarn, then discarded; it is never uploaded or stored on our server.

Yarn details you contribute

If you use “Add this yarn to the library”, the yarn label data you enter (brand, name, fiber, grams, metres, gauge, needle, source link) is sent to and stored on our server, reviewed, and then published to everyone. Please don't include personal information in it. A hash of your IP address is kept briefly to limit spam; it is not linked to the published entry.

수집하는 정보

기본적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 쿠키 없이 방문 수만 세는 Cloudflare Web Analytics 를 쓸 수 있습니다. 뉴스레터를 신청하면 이메일 주소는 신청 폼에 적힌 발송 서비스로 전달되어 신청한 내용을 보내는 데만 쓰입니다.

로컬 저장소와 불러온 파일

도구는 언어 선택·저장한 프로젝트 같은 작은 설정을 브라우저 로컬 저장소에 기억합니다. Yarn Swap 에 불러온 도안 PDF 는 게이지·실을 미리 채우기 위해 기기 안에서만 읽고 버립니다 — 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.

직접 추가한 실 정보

「라이브러리에 실 추가」를 쓰면 입력한 라벨 정보(브랜드·이름·혼용률·g·m·게이지·바늘·출처 링크)가 서버로 전송·저장되고, 검토 후 모두에게 공개됩니다. 개인정보는 넣지 마세요. 스팸 제한을 위해 IP 해시를 잠시 보관하며 공개 항목과 연결되지 않습니다.
